  • Community Health Access to Addiction and Mental Healthcare Project (CHAMP)

    AIM helps individuals and families access health insurance coverage so they can receive treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.

  • Recovery Peer Advocate

    Recovery Peer Advocates combined lived experience and professional training to support the recovery of people with substance use disorders. They help to develop recovery plans, model coping strategies, and connect people to treatment and recovery services.

  • Family Support Navigator

    Family Support Navigators help families understand the progression of addiction, navigate insurance and treatment systems, and find recovery supports. This service is funded by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS).
