
The Employee Spotlight is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate AIM employees who make a positive impact on the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
Community members, consumers, family members, partners, and collaborators are invited to nominate AIM employees whose work reflects AIM’s mission and core values. Selected nominations may be featured in Connection, AIM’s agency newsletter, and other AIM communications.
This form is open to community members, consumers, family members, and partner organizations. Each month, nominations are reviewed by AIM’s Committee on Recognition of Employees (C.O.R.E.). Your nomination helps AIM recognize employees who make a difference every day.
You may nominate an employee who:
- Demonstrates AIM’s core values of respect, integrity, quality, advocacy, and resourcefulness in their work with individuals, families, or the community.
- Has made a meaningful or lasting difference in your experience with AIM.
- Goes above and beyond their job responsibilities to provide exceptional support or service.
- Successfully led or contributed to a project, initiative, or partnership that benefited the community.
- Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, or dedication during a challenging situation.
- Has a notable achievement, milestone, or accomplishment worthy of recognition.
