AIM hosts a weekly drop-in center to help people search for affordable housing and community resources. The Community Resource Room is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Elmira AIM office at 350 West Church Street.
The parking lot and main entrance are behind the building, off Columbia Street.
Laptops and internet are available. We have housing applications and staff to provide assistance. We can also help people obtain identification, Social Security cards, and birth certificates.
We can connect people to services provided by AIM, such as health insurance enrollment, SNAP enrollment and renewals, and resume building. Private rooms are available for virtual health care appointments.
For more information, contact AIM Senior Advocate Ryanne Michaels at (607) 962-8225.
