Home care aides sought to help people with disabilities, seniors

March 20, 2020

AIM is now recruiting home care aides to help people with disabilities and seniors with a wide array of tasks, from housekeeping to giving medications.

AIM’s Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Program allows seniors and people with disabilities to choose their home care aides and decide what they need help with.

We’re building a large pool of candidates to pair with our consumers as needed and ensure they receive the care they need. Hires earn competitive pay, and a benefit package is provided to those who work 30 hours per week or more.

In some instances, you may be able to work for a relative, friend or neighbor.

To apply, visit the Careers page on our website.

If you have questions or need assistance, contact AIM Human Resources Director Brooke Bennett at bbennett@aimcil.com or (607) 962-8225 or (888) 962-8244, ext. 120.

AIM has appropriate health and safety guidelines in place in place to protect both consumers and home care aides and prevent the spread of coronavirus.
