AIM programs and services available during office closure

March 20, 2020

While AIM has closed all office locations until further notice due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, it is important to know we are continuing to provide services to the community.

AIM’s internal staff are working remotely, and can be reached by phone or email. Our external staff in our home care and OPWDD programs are still serving their consumers, with appropriate health and safety guidelines in place.

The contacts for our programs and our management are listed on our website, aimcil.com, under Programs/Services or Management/Board, respectively.

To reach us by phone, call us at (607) 962-8225 or toll-free at (888) 962-8244. Enter the extension of the staff member you are trying to reach, or use the dial-by-name directory. Please note, it is very important to leave a voicemail, as staff immediately receive an email notification when a voicemail is left, and will return your call as soon as they can.

Email is also a great way to reach us, and email contacts are also listed at aimcil.com.

People with general questions should contact General Advocate Ryanne Michaels at rmichaels@aimcil.com or ext. 215. She can provide information and referrals regarding all of AIM’s programs and services, as well as other resources available in the community.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
